"We booked the hotel last minute and staff made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The hotel is situated within walking distance to the old town and at the same time it was very quite area which we liked as we were traveling with a kid. Everything from the check-in to check-out was perfect. Definitely will come again and recommend it to all! "

"Total SCAM. They advertise AC and there is no AC and absolutely no communication. They email you with a check in time, and a code and standard lock box code to enter the room. We couldnât get in as it was very hot out and though we could get through the front entry, we tried for hours to get in our room which they stated was on the âsecondâ floor and the code did not work. Just to find out that they consider the entry (street level) the â0â floor and the second floor was actually on the third...
"Beautiful set up with sturdy furniture and enough kitchen equipment to make a meal. The place is in need of a solid deep clean (dirty walls, dust). Tried to communicate with the hose about some missing supplies, but received no response. "
"Good basic hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Decent size room with comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi.
Only downside is size of bathroom which was OK for me but might be difficult for larger people."

"I stayed two nights at the Concordia and I really enjoy it. Clean, comfortable beds, good size bathroom, excellent breakfast. Walkable from core downtown, I would like to return some day."

"Really friendly and helpful staff, were given a room that totally exceeded our expectations for the rate paid. Lovey and spacious with the added joy of a small balcony to enjoy some fresh air and people watching. Had a great 24 hour stay in Le Mans enhanced by the choice of hotel. "

"Very convenient location as you are a five minute walk from the station. Also staff let me store my luggage here as I stayed overnight at the race. I had to return the morning of check in, but when I came back after hours they moved the luggage to my room"
