"We booked the hotel last minute and staff made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The hotel is situated within walking distance to the old town and at the same time it was very quite area which we liked as we were traveling with a kid. "Basic, but good value for location. It’s very close to the trainline, but you can’t really hear it with the windows shut - it was a little noisy with the windows open but they provide fans and even ear plugs!
Room was clean and a good size, but the room we had had a disabled wet room which had a very medical feel and smell to it! Bit odd, but absolutely fine for a stop over for a night!

"For a short stay, it is a great location. A easy walk to the medieval town, cathedral and churches. Trams and busses, all center at the plaza in front of the train station. Very good breakfast fuels the exploration of the city. Safe comfortable and quiet room allows for a good rest. Friendly staff adds to the comfort of the stay."

"Really friendly and helpful staff, were given a room that totally exceeded our expectations for the rate paid. Lovey and spacious with the added joy of a small balcony to enjoy some fresh air and people watching. Had a great 24 hour stay in Le Mans enhanced by the choice of hotel. "

We chose this hotel because they advertised it as being air conditioned and there is only an electric floor fan. It was stifling. So we left even though it was too late to get a refund. Luckily, Expedia found us a hotel room with air-conditioning and exchanged it because it was false advertising. No water (unless you pay for the two bottles which were in the refrigerator), no conditioner, no communication. We were trying to contact them for over two hours, with no response ever, we lost a full day of travel. As a former owner of hotels, it is the most unacceptable form of hospitality. "

Facility was nice and clean. Plus it was convenient having a restaurant and workout room onsite as well.
Location was convenient to city center, so there was a good selection of food within walking distance."
