A paradise for boules players and walkers, in the shade of the magnificent Aleppo pines, I welcome you to our little Provençal paradise, facing the sea, right on the water’s edge.



On the French Riviera, Carqueiranne is a renowned small seaside resort located between Toulon and Hyères, in the Gulf of Giens. You’ll be immersed in the Iles d’Or region, the Bandol wine country, the Collobrières chestnut-growing area, the Massif des Maures, and the hilltop villages.



Just 10 minutes from the Toulon/Hyères International Airport and Almanarre Beach (a world-renowned windsurfing destination), you’ll also be just a 15–20-minute drive from the Giens Peninsula and its small harbours at La Madrague and Le Niel, as well as the ferry terminals that will take you on an enchanting getaway to the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros, or Le Levant…



The rental is a self-contained one-bedroom apartment with a sea view, located on the ground floor of a new house and equipped with all modern comforts. Thanks to its private terrace and outdoor furniture, you can enjoy the balmy summer evenings.



You’ll be just a short walk from various beaches and the harbour (a 4-minute walk), as well as restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, a bakery, and a convenience store.



The apartment features a living room with a sleeper sofa and a coffee table that converts into a dining table, an open kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a separate toilet, and a master bedroom with a shower.



The cleaning package includes bed linens and towels, as well as soap, shampoo, and conditioner, so you don’t have to overload your luggage.



The interior is non-smoking, and special attention is given to COVID-19 cleaning protocols (included in the housekeeping package).



A parking space is reserved for you on the property, but street parking is also free year-round.



Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.



We offer an optional beach package for rent, including beach toys for children, pétanque balls, beach chairs, an inflatable 3-person kayak, 1 men’s paddleboard and 1 women’s paddleboard for €250 per week so you can make the most of all the fun the sea has to offer.



Please note:



- Access to the apartment from the street is via an outdoor staircase (therefore not wheelchair accessible)

- Since the house is new, the exterior is still under construction; please don’t be surprised (your living space is, of course, fully finished)
