Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 62 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea view for rent in Carqueiranne, less than a kilometer from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, an open, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and armchair, dining area and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and TV
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Shower room and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A south-facing balcony of approx. 13 m² with furniture for enjoying fine weather.

The apartment is ideally located in Carqueiranne, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
