L'accueil a été effroyable, la personne à l'accueil voulait nous jeter dehors au prétexte qu'elle n'avait pas de chambre, alors que nous avions réservé via hotel.com. J'ai insisté malgré les cris de la personne et bien m'en a pris, elle a finalement trouvé la réservation et m'a dit qu'elle n'avait pas compris. Le petit déjeuner était simple, le personnel peu disponible. En quittant l'hôtel, j'ai oublié une parka. J'attends toujours qu'on me la renvoie ( bien que...
