"Everything was just as advertised. Chiara was a wonderful host who met us after our long journey. The pool was great, al fresco dinners and the quietness of the mountains. View was spectacular and there is a path down to the creek. Piazza al Serchio is close by for any grocery needs and market on Tuesdays."

"Wonderfully spacious and well appointed house in a beautiful village location. The village bar/store was a gem and a life saver at times for stocking up on food. Lovely well tended garden and pool and plenty of garden furniture. A very relaxing week."

"This is an absolute gem, the facilities are fabulous, we loved the outdoor living space in paricular set amongst the beautiful gardens. We made great use of the impressive BBQ and Pizza Oven, and had a lot of fun with the Fussball table alao. The pool was a lovely temperature, and views were magnificent. Very handy for the regular trains to the rest of Tuscany and beyond, Perfect for our 2 families!"

"We stayed here for half term week and it was perfect, 2 adults & 2 x 5 yr olds there was plenty of space, we were in the pool everyday and the hosts were lovely, attending to things in a discreet way. We loved the personal touches of homegrown salad & fruit brought to us as well as eggs from the chickens. Great facilities & everything provided including laundry detergent & dishwasher tablets, only thing lacking was a hairdryer. 5* service in a beautiful location - we would 100% return!!"

From opening the windows to the views over to the Apuan Alps first thing in the morning to watching the sun go down below the mountains in the evening, we enjoyed every day we spent here. "Stunning location, ideal for quiet relaxing stay. Mountain views are breathtaking. Pool area really good with plenty of sunbeds/chairs and shade. Car essential, but there are plenty of good restaurants within an easy distance."
