"We really liked the location and amenities. However their customer service wasn’t great. They originally placed us in the wrong room. And there was no AC or fans available. The pool area is great but closes for kids at 8pm. The play area for kids is great. Rooms are spacious. "

"We had a family room which was massive and had a separate room with doors for us which really helped with everyone getting a good sleep. Shame we had not stayed longer as would have made use of the excellent facilities more. It's a small thing but really helps with younger kids, there was two sizes of pillow on every bed so the smaller ones worked for the kids perfectly. Really enjoyed our stay here. Spa is small but perfect for a bit of relaxing."
