"Loved the fact that was right across from the airport. Loved the restaurant friendliness. Loved the cleanliness, the amenities. The hotel is highly updated. I have not had breakfast though, and we haven’t used the day bar, only the restaurant, but twice. Oh, both times they didn’t have the vegetables’ soup of the way which we wanted. That’s the only peeve I can mention. We’re told that that soup is only available during the day (we dined for dinner), however, my suggestion is: if u don’t have something, don’t advertise it. But also noticed that’s something that’s usual in Romania. Overall, I recommend this hotel and will stay again at it, when in Cluj."

"The Radisson Blu Aurum Hotel Brasov was in the perfect location — seconds from the medieval old town, Council Square, the Black Church, and all the other important sights. The hotel room was huge and had all the amenities, including: vanity kits, shower caps, coffee and tea, robes and slippers, a desk and chairs, a hair dryer, and a super comfortable bed. My husband and I spent 21 days in Romania, staying in 13 hotels across 13 cities, and this hotel was among the top three."

"Beautiful building, gorgeous wooden structure of the building, lots of areas to relax. Really enjoyed sauna and steam room after long hikes. It was so convenient for recovery. I really enjoyed complementary yoga class and a hike with a very experienced and knowledgeable tour guide Pietr, we hiked from the hotel as it’s in perfect location for the start of many hikes. There are plenty of things for kids to do in the hotel, but if you did not come with kids and want some quiet, it’s really easy to have peaceful time for grown ups too. Really helpful and kind reception staff, especially Natalia and Malgozata. They went out of the way to help me. I want to come back again and again."
