NOTICE: Pelican Watch is undergoing extensive renovation this year (2026), and construction crews are on site Mon-Fri, 7:30AM-5PM. During these times, noise, debris, dirt, and dust will likely be experienced. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool will be closed due to safety concerns, and direct access to the beach may be limited at times. The indoor pool will remain open, and the beach can still be accessed via the town parking lot next to the building.

Inside, the open living area provides plenty of seating with a sleeper sofa, love seat, and chairs, all facing a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features modern amenities, including a drip coffee maker, waffle iron, and barstool seating.

Pelican Watch 201 is ideally situated for exploring the best of Kure Beach and Fort Fisher. Spend your days lounging by the seasonal outdoor pool, taking a dip in the heated indoor pool, or relaxing in the hot tub. After a day of beach fun, unwind with a family game night using the provided board games, or catch a movie on the flat-screen TV.

Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two vehicles or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes. Parking is located across the street from the Condo Building. Guests that park under Condo Building or in spaces that are designated for owners (not across the street) will be towed at the guests' expense.

Little Getaway

First off the check in process was a mess, the rental office didn't update the check in process so i had to call an emergency number to get the packet to check in. That was terribly inconvenient and took time away from starting our vacation. The frustration was off the chart. The condo itself was very clean and had a super amazing view of the ocean, the only down fall is they had absolutely no curtains for the morning sun, we had to hang up a blanket we found in the master bedroom otherwise the sun was beaming in the room at 6am. Beautiful view for sure but the place needs curtains. Check out was way easier then check in. Overall i would recommend this unit just be prepared to be up with the sun.
