Spacious Beachy Bungalo One Block From the Ocean

  • *Top Unit Only* I live in the bottom units. Upstairs, greets you with a large front porch with outdoor seating, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a pop-up couch. Including a kitchen with bar area, dining room with a large table, and large back deck with plenty of seating. Rooms are spacious and inviting, offering a classic beachy feel with modern amenities. The kitchen has a stove top with an oven, dishwasher, air fryer, drip coffee maker and Keurig. The home is one block from the ocean, and beach access on both sides of the block. A grill and supplies are provided for your grilling pleasure. Outdoor shower, linens, bath and beach towels are provided. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. There's only enough parking for 3 cars for you, I park on the right side, so please keep that long stretch clear.

Unbelievable value! The house was spacious and clean, well-appointed and updated. A block at most from beach access and communication with McKay was tremendous. Very nice man and very understanding. Perfect for kids and dogs with great front and back porches. Will be back!

Great spot for our weekend get away with our kiddos and furbaby!! Within walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk, comfy beds and plenty of room to hang out but also to spread out. We loved the covrted porch and the living room with plenty of seating. Would highly recommend this place to others!

We were delighted by the bungalow! It was tastefully decorated, the kitchen was intelligently supplied with all we needed, the front porch was welcoming with great seating. Our host was prompt and helpful with our inquiries and the beach was easily accessible. We look forward to future visits!

The house is very centrally located and within walking distance to the boardwalk and some nice restaurants. There is a wagon for guests use which made the short walk to the beach very easy to manage with all the beach gear. The host was extremely responsive when we needed to contact him.

We had such an amazing time the house so so clean, it was also so much larger than we anticipated!! Such a great place, and such a close walk to the beach! I definitely recommend staying here with family or friends if you’re looking for a great beach week!!

This was our second year staying at this property. It’s a great location, has everything you need, and the front porch and back patios are wonderful. Short 5-minute walk to the beach with life guard. We enjoyed our stay very much and owner is so thoughtful and accomdating!

Great location great property great host!

Stayed with family (8 of us) comfortably for our daughter's graduation. Host was so kind and allowed us to drop our bags and get ready at location before her banquet. House was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for dinner and games. So close to beach and walk to boardwalk. Would stay again for sure!
