Hogan's Place Oceanfront Offers Spectacular View and Completely Renovated Unit

Our non-smoking second floor unit has the best southern view at Coral Surf. It will make you want to stop everything you are doing to sit and take in the spectacular panoramic view of the Atlantic ocean from our open uncovered private balcony. Our completely renovated unit includes brand new kitchen and 2 full baths. The kitchen has everything you will need, two kinds of coffee makers, blender, toaster and all your dining essentials. The 2 bedrooms and open living room with pullout sofa bed come with smart televisions and is spacious enough to accommodate 6 guests. Our unit also has its own private laundry with full size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board. Our unit has now been celebrated with over 100 5 star reviews! You will be walking distance to Carolina Beach's beautiful boardwalk, shops, restaurants and the beautiful Lake Park where there is a walking path and paddle boat rides. Coral Surf has it's own private beach access and swimming pool literally outside the front door. The pool season runs from some time in May to sometime in October. For your convenience all linens are included with extra sheets and beach towels. Our unit also provides all the essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, garbage bags, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dishwasher tablets, and hair dryers. There are beach chairs, and beach toys provided in your own private ground floor storage closet with room for your own beach, golf and fishing items. Designated parking for 1-2 CARS ( please check last photo for parking spots ). No pets, no elevator, not handicap accessible and absolutely No Smoking, Vaping or grilling anywhere on the premises, fines will be implemented per incident. If someone needs to smoke or Vape they will have to go to the beach or the street. Golf carts, scooters, bikes and any other chargeable electric devices are not allowed to be charged at Coral Surf unit E2. You may have an electric golf cart, however, must be charged off premises. At the end of the photo gallery please read HOA rules and check parking arrangement before booking your stay.

Our stay at Hogan's Place was perfect! The views, location, cleanliness and comforts of this home were exceptional! We enjoyed walking and relaxing on the beach and it was close to shops and restaurants. Our hosts were great and communicated everything clearly. We loved this place. The location (right on the beach - and an end-unit!), the warm hospitality of TJ and Debbie (even though we are Washington fans and they are Giants fans!! LOL), and the well-stocked and homey decor - this place was a TOUCHDOWN for our one night away to head to the aquarium. Highly recommend!!
