  • Your home away from home in Carnelian Bay with 3 bedrooms. Located between Tahoe City and Kings beach. Easy access to Northstar, Palisades and Alpine ski resorts. Walking distance to the lake. Easy access to the Truckee River. This gorgeous cabin features a king, queen, and full bed, plus an office with a comfy sofa bed for kids. Cute linens. Two nice bathrooms include refreshing showers and handy hair dryers. Bathrooms include Bath & Body works bath products. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking needs provided. Stay cozy with heating throughout the space. Fireplace is available to use. Whether you’re working or relaxing, the office area offers a quiet spot to unwind. Guests love the excellent layout that balances comfort and functionality. Enjoy all that Carnelian Bay has to offer when you stay at our place. Family cabin where we have enjoyed many vacations. Our bear theme is throughout with many people making a challenge to try to count how many bears there are! (No one knows for sure!) If you’re lucky, you might see an actual bear too. Just be sure to keep the bear coils up and the two trash locks closed to keep bears out. The deck was just remodeled with brand new flooring and extra stability posts.

We hope you enjoyed your time in Tahoe! Thanks for being a wonderful guest. Our cleaners are scheduled to arrive shortly after 11am so all you need to worry about prior to checkout is below:
1. Please take all trash to the bear box at the bottom of driveway using the newly installed top and bottom latch. 2. Load and run the dishwasher with your dishes. Please wash off any food first.
3. Make sure all doors are locked (except the downstairs playroom door) garage shut, bear coils on and closed. 4. Leave upstairs windows open during the summer. 5. Put house key back in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was charming, clean, and spacious, and the location was great for exploring Lake Tahoe. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again!
