"Very nice hotel , wonderful location the views from our room were spectacular,well located to spend your time exploring the area , we took in the one restaurant dinner and service were excellent , the breakfast buffet was good , our last morning the buffet was busy and our service was none existent , no coffee or even a request for any the half hour we ate. This should not happen at a luxury hotel. One evening the main lobby bar Azur was in disarray ,service was very poor. The food once received was very good. We advised them and their service recovery was much appreciated. If we are ever in that part of the world again we would definitely stay here. The positives outweighed our couple of negative interactions. There front concierge was outstanding a shout out to them"

"A pleasant hotel, but I was hoping for a little more given the reviews. The hotel is modern and has all the facilities you could want, including a swimming pool, gym and bar. Breakfast was good, and I would say above average overall. That said, I would recommend changing the brand of baked beans and sausages! The bar was also a nice place to relax, with plenty of TV screens if you enjoy watching sport. We didn’t try the restaurant, as there is so much choice in the local area. However, the hotel might benefit from offering guests an incentive to dine there. I believe the themed buffet costs around €35 per person. For me, the main downside, and the reason I wouldn’t give five stars, was the lack of sunshine. Our room was at the back of the hotel, meaning our balcony was always in the shade. In October, this made it quite cold, and we would have appreciated being offered a room with a sunnier aspect. The pool area was another disappointment in this respect, as it remains in the shade for much of the day. By around 1.30 pm, there was hardly any sunshine left around the pool. A big plus, though, is the beautiful beach directly opposite the hotel, where sunbeds were available for just €6 for the day. Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed ourselves. With a few improvements, particularly around room allocation and making the most of the sunshine, the hotel could offer an even better experience. Thank you for a pleasant stay!"

"Svitlana was amazing and gave clear directions and was very helpful, welcoming, and kind. The unit was spacious, had great outdoor space, a beautiful pool, great location, loads of amenities, and parking included. The only issues were that the parking situation was a little confusing, there were a lot of stairs up to the apartment which was hard for carrying luggage on my own, and the walls of the adjacent apartment were thin so I could hear the neighbors talking. But the pool and the amenities and the service was amazing. Overall, I highly recommend, just be prepared for a lot of stairs."
