T1 90m2, excellent terrace with private solarium, outdoor sofas, shading pergola and barbecue.

Views to the gardens/pool in the apartment, views to the gardens/pool and to the marina, river and ocean at the terrace.

1 bedroom with twin beds and the couch converts to a Bed with a Drawer Bed on Wheels underneath the Couch.

Swimming pool just outside the front door and bedroom window of the apartment.
Private shops, restaurants within the Marina and Beach only at 200 mt from apartment. Praia Da Rocha streets and shops, bars located 700 metres from this privately secured complex.

Towels and bed linen provided. Regular maid service just including cleaning and change linens every week.

Location, location, location
An absolutely amazing place to stay - exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, bright and well situated condo in Portimao. The upstairs patio area was a fabulous place to lounge in morning, afternoon and evening, with great vistas. The condo is a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and more.

Excellent location, great parking for the car. The location is close to great restaurants and shopping. Easy access to great walking trails and the beach. Lovely terrace for sitting in the sun. The checkin was easy. Svitlana was very helpful in every way. Very nice meeting her. All in all we had a wonderful vacation. We are considering comming back next year if it is available. It was wonderful!! The lady who manages our stay was remarkable. She helped us with everything we needed. The pool is clean and beautiful. Restaurant breakfast is amazing!!! Staff are extremely courteous kind and professional! There’s laundry facilities in our room which we used. Close to the marina. Everything one needs!

Tivoli Marina stay
We had a very enjoyable week in the apartment in Tivoli Marina. We were a little later than expected checking in but Svetlana met us and showed us round. She was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and more, we were very comfortable there and hope to visit again before too long.

Gorgeous views, lovely people and more than comfortable accommodations.
This was a truly lovely spot in a gorgeous area. Lots around to do … or just read and relax by the pool or on the rooftop terrace. Contact Svetlana was most responsive and very helpful. Looking forward to making this a spot for a family vacation in the future.
