Hotel check in was unattended, and there is no reception/bar/restaurant but standard of room was excellent and there are plenty of nearby places to eat/drink at. Really great value for money.

Lovely clean room with very helpful staff. Only down side is that the Wi-Fi didn't work from my room and was so far away from the router that it only rarely showed up.

The place smelled really bad. There was clearly an attempt to cover it up with various air freshness but it was quite unpleasant. It was also really loud. We could hear the doors closing, people going up and down the stairs and even showers and footsteps and conversations from other rooms. Would not recommend.

It’s not a hotel

Toilet stunk of sewers after using shower. It’s not a hotel, no check in desk, you get a text prior asking you to download an app to get access to the hotel/room. If you don’t do this you can phone the number on the front door when you arrive to get access. Way to much hassle a lot of better options in the area. I will not stay again and I am a frequent traveler.

Bit disappointing. One room had no shower gel. Wifi so weak unusable. One room very small, maybe 10x8 ft. No-one at the property to check in and a lockbox to retrieve room cards.

The room was beautiful. All brand new, nice linen and towel. Great shower. Bed was comfortable. Coffee and tea tray well stocked. This is not a hotel but rooms. We were greeted at door and given key. No reception. Laura contacted me by text and was very helpful. The only issue was a terrible smell of drains. Only occurred when water was running in bathrooom but was quite horrible. Laura told me a plumber had been called so hopefully resolved now. Good value for money. Near to where we were attending a party.

Room good, area and noise not

Good points. Easy check-in/access to accommodation and standard of decor, bathroom and bed good. Not so good the room is not soundproofed as claimed, I could hear everything the person upstairs was doing including blowing his nose! Despite the secondary glazing you could hear everything outside. However the real issue, not one of the hotel’s doing was the rather sinister behaviour on the street right outside the hotel were large groups of men gathered, racing cars with modified exhausts, arguing and shouting from 23.30 to 02.00, it was a Tuesday night with hardly any pubs open or many people out drinking so clearly there is a concerning anti-social behaviour problem in this area.

Wasn’t to bad , but second night there were a lot young adults performing on the streets outside out hotel , , going on through the the night snd getting louder, still going on past 2am in the morning , and getting loader . Considering there was camera all way down the street , and nothing was done . I wouldn’t rate the price we had to pay for the rooms at all

Parking Could Be Challenge, accommodation awesome!

The parking was on street, and Permit holders only from 08:00-18:00 Mon - Sat, luckily we stayed on a Sunday. Room was great, and bathroom was large, happy with the accommodation and would stay again.

Bit daunting using FLEXIPASS to enter the hotel and one needs to have a smartphone fully charged for this. The outside of the hotel looked shabby but the inside was a delight Lovely furnished compact rooms.
