Our house is beachfront in Carlsbad village with beautiful views of the waves from the large balcony on the top floor. Spacious open style living area with new hardwood flooring, modern kitchen, dining room, family room, and 2 large Master bedrooms with newly renovated bathrooms, each with a super comfy king size bed. A third "add-on" bedroom is accessed through the upstairs Master bedroom, but does have its own doors for privacy, windows for natural light, and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. One of the main bedrooms also has a queen sleeper sofa and a work area (desk and chair) with lots of natural light. 5-burner BBQ in our private backyard. The house is only a few minutes walk (a few blocks) to the adorable Carlsbad Village. We have 5 adult bikes, 1 child size bike, plus boogie boards, surf boards, chairs, umbrella, and toys - everything you need for a fun day at the beach. We have a 2-car garage (doesn’t fit a Suburban, but we have space in the driveway for a large car). Bathrooms are walk-in showers (no tubs) and were remodeled in Jan. 2025. Fully stocked with towels and bath products. Kitchen is clean and fully stocked with all kitchen necessities provided for your cooking ease. Three 55-inch smart flat screen TVs. The private backyard is fully enclosed for extra space to relax, cook on the BBQ, or let kids run around safely. Private front door and garage door entrances ensure social distancing safety.
