Ideal for couples, small families or travelers passing through. Our two bedroom apartment is is the perfect beach bungalow. Walking distance to the beach, quaint downtown Carlsbad, and much much more. This BRAND new residence highlights a full kitchenette and laundry. The apartment comfortably sleeps six with queen size beds in the dual master bedrooms and a full sized sofa bed in the family room. The home features Streaming TV and WIFI. Two beach cruisers are available for your enjoyment (Please note: enjoy at your own risk). The apartment also features full laundry facilities.

The kitchenette is stocked with dishes, silverware; there's also a refrigerator/freezer, single burner induction cooktop, pots/pans, microwave, toaster oven / air fryer and coffee maker. Nearly all that you need while on vacation in this beach community.

Located in northern Carlsbad, we are 5 minutes from Legoland, 30 minutes from downtown San Diego, and less than an hour from Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, Hollywood, Universal Studios, and many other southern California attractions are well within close driving distance. Our home is very centrally located. Many features are well within walking distance or a short drive. The bus and train terminal is also within walking distance.

IMPORTANT: Due to potential allergies, we prefer no pets or smoking. Off street parking is offered (1 car only). Please note the apartment is located down (4) stairs. STVR Permit # BLRE013225-02-2023

Wonderful space
This is a great place to stay, everything you could need. If it wasn't in the apartment the owner's, who live upstairs, offered to help. Although we've been to carlsbad a few times, this was our first stay in a VRBO, well worth it to have your own space. We'll definitely be using this again for our next visit!

Carlsbad Lagoon overlook
This is a very well appointed condo. It had a cute little studio kitchen, big windows which overlooked the lagoon and very comfortable beds. The only downside was it is very close to a freeway and outside is quite noisy. However inside it is muffled quite well.
