"Experience the pinnacle of beachside living at our charming beach cottage, where the sun, sand, and surf await. Nestled at the heart of the Village, our cozy retreat offers the quintessential beach experience with convenient access to everything you desire.

***House behind us on Ocean Street are building a new home. They are almost completed with framing. Published Hours of construction activity posted are 7am-6pm M-F and Saturdays 8am-4pm. No construction on Sundays or Federal Holidays. This construction should be completed by end of 2025

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check Out time is 11am. If you are checking out earlier, please let us know so we can coordinate with our cleaning team. Please shut off the Mini Split and put its remote control back on the wall.

Place any dirty towels on the floor of the laundry room. Take out any of your trash and wash dishes. Put beach equipment back in the owner garage and lock that garage back up.

Reviews are very important to us hosts. It can stop our business if we don't get good reviews. Please let us know in private remarks what we can improve on. My son and I thank you.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
