Open concept living room/kitchen with a wrap around deck and raised gazebo. 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Snowmobile and ATV trails are just minutes away and access to hundreds of acres of crown land and many crown land lakes in the area.

The space:
Newer Kitchen with granite countertops and equipped with most kitchen utensils.
Main Bedroom features a queen bed and a master ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features two single bunk beds and can accommodate 4 people. The third bedroom has a queen bed.
Downstairs has a rec-room and 2 bedrooms, one of them has a double bed and the final one has a queen bed.

LAUNDRY ON SITE for guest use.

Picnic table, gazebo with ourdoor dining table, large deck, propane BBQ. The highway is close by and there is some road noise as a result.

Plenty of parking and the snowmobile and ATV trails are just 2 minutes away!

Other things to note:

Bell and other networks usually have only one network bar. Rogers has the best cellphone coverage.

WIFI is available. NO TV included. Many books available to read.

We suggest bringing biodegradable cutlery & plates to make it easy for yourself, but we do have a fully stocked kitchen. Towels and bedding are provided as well.

Please be mindful of our neighbours and their property. Although there are no neighbours in sight please be respectful with noise levels. Surrounding properties live year-round.

You are welcome to have a fire in the fire pit, keeping in mind all summer fire restrictions.

Please note dogs at the time of booking. All service animals are welcome.

SUMMER SPRING AND FALL GUESTS

We have 30 acres with numerous trails to explore. A map of the property and trails is at the house. Many lakes nearby, the closest being Jamieson, Lamable, Fraser and Foster Lake. York River Falls is a popular attraction and is 5 minutes away. Many other local attractions.

WINTER GUESTS:

There is access to the OFSC snowmobile trail network via backroads. Ample parking for snowmobile trailers etc. Trails throughout the property for snow showing or skiing. You are welcome to start a fire in the wood-fired cookstove.
