They didn’t tell us parking was an extra $50 and then they charged me an extra $30 for having an extra child with me. The pool was closed for cleaning the morning of our departure as soon as I arrived to it in my bathing suit. No breakfast or water offered other than sink water from your room. What was supposed to be an $85 stay turned into a $165 stay for 1 king size bed room from 9pm-noon next day

The property was nice, clean and hidden (I lile that). I had a hard time getting into the property because my code was changed (or maybe I misread it). All in all, this stay was great, one block from Bourbon, but not in the middle of all the noise. Only thing I would suggest is complimentary water for when the guest 1st arrive. I would definitely book here again in the future.

Was visiting for Essence Festival and stayed here for 1 night. And i can honestly say that my stay here was better than the other hotel that i stayed at for 3 days. I appreciated the staff being helpful and Kevin certain made the effort to point us in the right direction for food and sites to see. Definitely will return to this hotel in the future.
