From Armathwaite Manor you can enjoy a refreshing family holiday exploring the beautiful Cumbrian countryside surrounding this super property and the ultimate in indulgent living as Meadow View comes complete with its own private hot tub.

Armathwaite lies in the northern reaches of the Eden Valley, the last stop on the Settle to Carlisle Railway before the line reaches its northern terminus. Like many stations along the line, its buildings are maintained in their traditional style and colours.

Armathwaite Manor dates back to 1829 a Grade II listed building, and provides welcoming and luxury holiday accommodation, perfect for a relaxing break away. Meadow View certainly has the wow factor! This renovated part of the old Manor is elegant and stylish, and from the moment you walk through the door you won’t be disappointed. It is perfect for all the family, with the rooms flowing through from the living room through to the dining room leading to kitchen. This property provides a variety of extra special touches, from the large 55” OLED TV, the luxurious beds and sumptuous pillows, to the large deep bath.

The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Cumbrian countryside. Take a leisurely walk down into Armathwaite, or many delightful walks nearby. A must in the area is many walks in the Lake District National Park. Further afield, visit the delights of Hadrian’s Wall or cross the border for a scenic drive into Scotland. This property can be booked together with Edenside (UK36730) to accommodate up to 14 guests.

What a great place to stay.

What a great place to stay. House and grounds are amazing. The 2 local Pubs are both 1min walk either side of the house - both child and dog friendly. Fox and Pheasant steak pie!!!! Local shop has everything!!! Loads to do in the area. Half way between Penrith and Carlisle.
