"Pros: Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet , mit Blick in die nähere Umgebung und den gepflegten Garten.
Es ist nicht weit bis zum Meer und zum nächsten Ort , wo man mit der nötigen Infrastruktur gut versorgt ist .
Der überdachte Parkplatz ist eine tolle Sache.
Cons: Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen , sizilianische Patina , so nenne ich es mal ...
Leider gibt es an mehreren Stellen auf dem Grundstück Ansammlungen von Unrat und Abfall . Das ist schade und beeinträchtigt den...
