An old style hotel in a good central location. Had good heating (it’s winter) and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The hotel is looking a bit tired and worn but everything still works. Staff were nice.

This is a beautiful hotel in the charming centre of Ragusa. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, it really started to feel like a second home to us.

Really amazing and helpful staff. Everyone was operating with a five star attitude. The hotel is a little older and does need some love though. A few coats of paint and some repairs would bring the item back to five stars.

The property is well kept. Quiet and it is kept clean. However, there is lightning missing outside and especially in the room ( bathroom) way too dark.

This was a great property with lovely rooms, nice staff, good restaurant. Location is ok if you have a car. Great parking with either outside or underground for a small fee. Not close to town so you need a car or transportation to get to town. Not really a walkable location to see anything. But overall a great place to stay while visiting this area.
