"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"Our stay at Wyndham Grand Rio Mar was amazing! The resort is perfectly located between the beach and El Yunque, offering stunning views and easy access to nature. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pools were great for both kids and adults, and the beach was peaceful and beautiful. Dining on-site was delicious, and the staff made us feel truly welcome.
