"I had a wonderful stay at The Courtleigh Hotel and Suites from last Sunday until today. Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, caring, and truly welcoming from start to finish. The front desk team was always helpful and kind, making check-in and any questions easy and stress-free. Housekeeping was absolutely superb—special thanks to Nadia, who kept my room spotless every single day. Her hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The complimentary breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Big thanks to the chef and all the dining room staff for consistently great service. Overall, shout-out to all the staff, even though I don’t remember everyone’s name. Your professionalism and warmth made this stay special. One love ❤️ I’ll definitely be back—no other hotel for me. "We arrived early and even though the room was not ready checking in was very courteous, friendly an professional. Our front desk person even traveled out to where we were relaxing near the pool bar lounge to let us know the room was ready and provided us with the room keys. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool area and the view of the Kingston downtown. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and more than we had expected with courteous staff. Overall a great stay and we plan on staying at the Pegasus on future trips."

"This space was nice. The air condtiioning was great. The manager Mr. Hall was attentive and on call. There was security on site which was nice. The near-by restaurants, grocery store and mall were perfect and there was even a 24hr food place with security near by. My only complaint was the water would randomly shut off although it always came back eventually and the lack of access to apps on the TV's."
