A modern 2 bedroom house close to all major venues with free off street parking for 2 cars. This house is perfect for families, travellers and workers with great links into the City. Its situated in a quiet close 8 mins walk from Cardiff City Stadium. It has a large garden with outside lighting, artificial grass with table and chairs perfect for warm evenings The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities.The lounge has a sofa bed, table and chairs and a smart TV for your viewing pleasure

Its a 20 minute walk to the city centre where you'll find St Davids shopping centre

There's a bus stop 2 minutes down the road which takes you to Cardiff Bay, Penarth Marina and the City Centre. Grangetown train station is also a 5 minute walk away

Beds

The place was nice for the exception that the beds were entirely too soft...I informed Chris the owner regarding (and was thankful for the FYI) and he said he was going to correct this issue straight away, but otherwise the place was nice.

Nice house

Nice house. Couldn't get the shower to work but not a problem as bath very quick to fill and plenty of hot water. We did not contact Chris as it wasn't a problem. Chris was very helpful.
