Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Top floor unit with insane, panoramic views taking in La Jolla to Carlsbad. Recently renovated and updated with new decor, this Ocean View Bungalow is an idyllic way to spend your vacation. Enjoy all that Cardiff and San Diego offer from this centrally located property.

The bungalow is furnished in a hip beach vibe! Master bedroom (king bed) has a private bathroom attached with 2 sinks, vanity area and a large oval tub/shower combo. Guest Room with king bed has a large closet and tv. Bunk room sleeps up to 4 children or 2 adults.
Open kitchen, dining, living area all looks out the ocean! Really well stocked!

In order to sleep 7 people in beds, 2 people will be in one bunk bed. They are full size beds. Depending on the make up of your group (adults/children/infants), you`ll need to determine if this is suitable.

Cardiff-by-the-Sea is a small little town situated between Solana Beach and Encinitas. Known for the `Cardiff Kook` a statue situated at the base of Chesterfield and Coast Highway and Seaside Market`s `Cardiff Crack` (tri-tip steak). Great beaches, surf spots, dining all within 1 mile.

Dining/Groceries/Beach all within 1 mile south of the Bungalow. Encinitas is under 2 miles north. The greater San Diego attractions (Legoland, The Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World) all require a car

Regarding the train. It is primarily used by Sunliner/Amtrak as a 5 car passenger/commuter train. 2 trains (one north, one south) about every hour during commute times, and it tapers down at night and middle of the day. The train passes the house in 5-7 seconds. Occasionally there is a freight train, which takes about 30 seconds to pass by the house. Most guests find it a fun, kids like to watch for it.
VRBO bookings are not eligable for the credit card processing fee to be refunded if reservation is cancelled (this includes reservations within the cancellation period).
City of Encinitas quiet hours 10pm-7am (please bring socializing indoors and keep noise to minimum during these hours)
Please supervise children while on the balcony.
Bunk Beds and surrounding area are used at the guests `own risk`.
Backyard is a shared space for the building.
There is a train that runs north and south, you will likely hear the noise. Also, this property fronts a road and highway, there will be traffic and potential for noise. We have new windows that minimize the sound.
Smart TV - we don`t pay for services, so please bring your log-in information.
Please don`t hang your towels over the railing, we have a lot of hooks to help corral the towels
