Just 3 minutes from the sea, nice apartment of about 80 square meters on the ground floor of a duplex with sea view. It consists of a living room with color TV, air conditioning, kitchen with dishwasher, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower, complete the property a large veranda and a small garden. . The house is about 4km from Cardedu, 6km from Barisardo and 17km from Tortoli-Arbatax ..

Questa casa vacanza può essere migliorata. E' vero che è la casa del nonno però se il mobilio fosse meno vecchio si eviterebbe la puzza di chiuso e muffa che ti impedisce di usarli. Abbiamo notato diverse incongruenze tra le foto che appaiono sul sito e la realtà...alcune non fondamentali tant'è che non le abbiamo nemmeno segnalate. Sostituire il vecchio divano e le relative poltrone entrambi sfondati e senza nemmeno la copertura che si vede nella foto di presentazione sarebbe un bel passo avanti. Anche togliere il divano dalla posizione dove è in realtà (messo davanti ad una vecchia credenza che è inaccessibile ma che al pari degli altri mobili sarebbe meglio eliminare del tutto) ostruendo una intera parete e non come appare in foto non sarebbe male per poter vedere la televisione (un grande tv smart) se si decide di stare in casa. Cucina funzionale e anche il bagno non è male ... forse il vano doccia non è abbastanza grande ma questo sicuramente non è un problema. La mancanza del Wifi si è risolta verso la fine del soggiorno grazie ad un modem router consegnato dopo aver fatto presente che la rete indicata non funzionava. L'esterno è ancora in fase di allestimento e per arrivare alla casa bisogna percorrere un tratto in salita con la strada sterrata che mette alla prova i pneumatici. In complesso ci sono delle potenzialità i prossimi viaggiatori saranno sicuramente più fortunati. Noi non lo siamo stati e non siamo rimasti soddisfatti nonostante la disponibilità del professionista. Ci auguriamo che questa recensione sia presa come uno stimolo a migliorare subito le cose.

derzeit nicht zu empfehlen

wenn das unsere einzige Ferienwohnung auf Sardinien gewesen wäre, wäre der Urlaub ein Flop geworden. Hier ist nichts vorhanden, das dem Urlauber das Leben angenehm macht. Es gibt weder ausreichend Geschirr für 2, geschweige denn für 4 Personen, zwar jede Menge Sitzgelegenheiten, aber bequem ist nicht eine. Die Räume haben zwar eine Deckenlampe, aber eine Lesebeleuchtung, nicht einmal am Bett ist vorhanden. Insgesamt wohnt man eher auf einer Baustelle, ein Zementmischer steht direkt auf dem Gelände und überall liegt Baumaterial herum. Das TV hat nur Hotbird, perfekt für Muselmanen, Russen etc. einen deutschen Sender kann man nicht empfangen. Die Müllabfuhr ist ungeklärt, wir mussten unsere Abfälle von 14 Tagen auf dem Gelände lagern, mit dem entsprechenden Aufkommen an Insekten etc. Dabei hat das Objekt durchaus Potential, Meerblick, ansprechende Küche, funktionierende Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine etc. Wir empfehlen dem Vermieter dort einmal für eine Woche mit seiner Partner/in zu wohnen, zu kochen usw und sich auf den Sessel des Urlaubers zu setzen. Dann wäre schnell klar, was umgehend geändert werden sollte. Auf dieser Baustelle ist ein Urlaub derzeit nicht zu empfehlen.

La casa è spaziosa, accogliente e ben arredata. La distanza dalle spiagge non è molto grande, ma un'auto è quasi indispensabile. L'accoglienza e il servizio sono stati ottimi. Grazie e arrivederci!

Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Besonders gut finde ich, dass es in der Wohnung eine Waschmaschine gibt- sehr nützlich.

Très bien sauf le wifi

Très bon séjour, proche de la mer, très propre, dans un lieu calme. Cependant, le wifi ne marche pas dans l’appartement. Il marche seulement et encore avec un très mauvais débit uniquement sur la terrasse et parfois il ne marche pas du tout (pour des raisons professionnelles c’était indispensable pour nous). Sachant que nous ne captions pas non plus de réseau téléphonique avec nos téléphones. Il faudrait faire en sorte que le wifi puisse fonctionner correctement à l’intérieur et ce serait vraiment parfait.

Ein abgelegenes Idyll mit Natur Panorama

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage Nähe Cardedu. Von der Terrasse hat man Meerblick. Teilweise befindet sich die Wohnung und das Grundstück noch im Aufbau. Fehlenden Hausrat konnte uns Antonella unkompliziert beschaffen.
