"This apartment is about as centrally located as possible in Baunei. (Pronounced Bau - Nay: Your'e welcome!) It is only a 2 minute walk to the central square. Both bedrooms had AC which was a lifesaver during the July 2023 heatwave. It is otherwise very well shaded on a narrow street so most of the year is probably not necessary. The kitchen is quite small for preparing meals, I recommend mostly eating out. Some of the more AgroTurismo restaurants might need reservations well in advance of your...

"Everything was perfect! We stayed at many places but this one was outstanding. Location, equipment, check in, garden, veranda, communication, sweets at arrival, cleanliness, decoration, comfort of bed, silent air conditioning, ambiance. Would stay there longer. Only downside was the occasional cut in wifi service but we had been warned. Very grateful for this vacation!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean, fridge and washing machine were good quality, the air conditioning helped cool down on a hot day. The outdoor shower was very helpful for getting the sand off of the kids before they went in to the apartment. The location being just a few walking minutes away from the best view of the sunrise was a super bonus. All in all, we were happy with our stay there and would gladly come back."

"Casa molto vivibile, dentro e fuori, curato e ordinato, ideale per stare tranquilli, mare a 10 minuti a piedi. In ogni angolo della casa ci sono prese di corrente, non servono prese multiple per caricare i cellulari."

"Luogo stupendo per chi ama la tranquillità e l'Ogliastra la casa si trova a circa 3 km dal mare ma in una splendida valle ,tenuta in maniera perfetta con arredi di buon gusto l'ospitalità e la cortesia sono di casa, non fatevi influenzare dalla pista di go-kart adiacente alla struttura perchè non invade in nessun modo la pace del luogo. Complimenti ancora a Bruno e Stefania."

"An excellent house. The location could not be bettered with views that could grace any travel brochure. The village has enough shops to keep you in food supplies and a couple of good cafes/bars. The local pizzeria is excellent value. Would recommend the house and the location"

"Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento in ottime condizioni, carino, pulito ed organizzato con tutte e dotazioni neccessarie per una vacanza piacevole. In cinque minuti a piedi si accede alla spiaggia della località di Portofrailis e a pochi minuti di macchina troviamo bellissime spiagge da visitare. La zona è molto bella. Molto consigliata la gita alla cale del golfo di Orosei. Da evidenziare che la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha aiutato per tutte le nostre esigenze. Sicuramente torneremo!!"

"We had a magical stay on Tertenia. The house is nice and the pool was great. Federica the host was absolutely amazing, always on hand for recommendations and even booking trips for us. There was a power outage in the area one day and she drove over to us specially to give us a lighter to make sure we could have tea! We can’t thank her enough."

"Die Unterkunft ist durch die gute Erreichbarkeit des Strandes und der ruhigen Verkehrslage sehr angenehm. Anfang Oktober ist es auch wenig besucht, daher sehr angenehm sich am Strand aufzuhalten. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Strandbar, die das ganze positiv auf wertet. Wir kommen gerne wieder"

"The house is fantastic, clean, spacious, with two bathrooms and three vast bedrooms. It has two floors and is surrounded by a lush garden with flowers and grass and has a stunning veranda like terrace on the first floor and a wonderful outside shower and bbq. We've not seen the hosts much, but they were easily within reach over whatsapp if we had questions. "We stayed 1 week in the cosy bungalow in Cardedu. Very little turisty, which was a nice experience! Enjoyed the peace and quietness, and the 3 little dogs, who came to visit us almost every day. They where very well manered and didn't try to walk in the house. Recommend drivning to the beautiful city of Baunei, from where you can walk to Cala Goloritze. Can definetely Recommend a stay here, and the owner Luca, was very kind and helpful and treated us with tomatoes, aubergine, figs and grapes...
