10km from Figeac, in the countryside, single-storey gite, very quiet, independent, 500m from the owners' house. Enclosed courtyard, enclosed grounds, terrace. Stream 100m below the gite. Fitted kitchen (microwave, freezer compartment)/dining room/living room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m) 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m), one with access to a 10m² terrace and the other with access to the courtyard, bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate wc. Electric heating, fireplace in the living room, possibility of a cot on request. Octagonal above-ground wooden swimming pool (L 8,100m, W 4,622m, H 1,290m) shared with another gite for 6 people (heated) from June to September.
