"Smelly property that did not feel clean, didn’t feel like a particularly safe neighbourhood - and the double door and strong locking mechanisms only made us more worried. Old towels, bedding didn’t smell clean, untidy bathroom. We stayed the night as a last resort and got out of there early in the morning. Went to Carcassonne a castle that was unexpectedly large and beautiful. "

"Stayed for 3 nights in May 2024. The apartment is really quirky, well serviced and contains all you need for a short stay. The location is excellent 3 mins walk from the bridge to the old town and 3 mins from the new town centre with its lovely shops and restaurants. There is a little road noise in the front bedroom. The outside space wasn’t really usable for my family."

"I was there a week, having stayed in the area 3 times before. All in all, this was my best accommodations. The apartment was great aside from a couple of minor plumbing problems, but he's working on those. And I suggested he put a curtain on the bedroom window! :-) And an escalator up the hill to the Cite would be nice too! ;-) Oooh, or a tramway! :-)"

"The only negatives I have for this property are that the hot water went away very quickly, there was no stopper for the bathtub, and the automatic lights were hard to turn on in the morning out in the hallway. It’s walkable distance to cite de carcassonne, but it is on the far end of town, pretty far away from the train station. It took me about 45 minutes in the rain. "
