About this property

Pine Cabin #2 on 30 Acres! 1 mi. from Carbondale, IL & SIUC Campus

  • Cabin on 30 wooded acres with lots of wildlife and access to pond for canoeing. Pond is located about 200 ft away in the back of the property. King-size bed in master bedroom and a full and twin beds in loft. 47-inch flat screen TV (only local channels) NO WIFI, a vintage 1970s pinball machine, outdoor furnished deck and firepit, and blacktop drive with ample parking 3 night minimum stay for holidays, SIU events, Christmas, thanksgiving, etc cabin by the pond LLC is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or death occurring while staying at the cabin. Recycling is mandatory, pets ok for an extra fee, wood available for an extra fee. If you have any problems while staying at the cabin please contact me personally so I can address them
