"Poor tv options and internet options."

"Mixed review here. The hotel had ants (and maybe fleas) in my room. The staff was extremely apologetic. They tried spraying the room but to no avail, the bugs kept coming. I asked for a new room - they explained that they were sold out - But they were able to get me into the adjacent room that was not being used due to a broken toilet seat. I didn't care, just need a clean bed. Now this was all at Midnight and the staff bent over backwards for me so I think this is a plus. Breakfast was slightly better quality than most average hotels. Amenities were good."

"The room was older and smelled kind of mildewish but it wasn't intolerable. The phone did not work and the plugs by the bed were all loose. But the check in process was great. Breakfast was just cereal and milk but overall it was a nice quiet place to stay overnight. In a convenient area also. Staff were great"

"I had to listen to a dog bark and someone beating on a door for about 3 hours. Once that was done then I heard people above me stomp in the room for another hour or so. I went out to the desk 2 times and kinda was ignored. Mentioned again when checking out and was dismissed again"

"Incredibly pleasant, quiet, private retreat. Hot tub was immaculate. Forested pastoral setting with beautiful views of the stars and birdsong all around. "

"There was no remote control in room and no physical person on property to deal with issue. Also, air conditioner was not working and had to talk to kiosk with person off property who finally admitted they unplug the air conditioners?? "
