Amazing Sopris views. This Property is 10-15 minutes from Basalt and Carbondale and Abuts Bureau of Land Management Land. Great for hiking, biking and other recreational opportunities. The property has a large Hotspring "Grande" Salt Water Hot Tub and firepit lounging area. Plenty of parking even for trailers. World class hiking, biking, skiing, hot springs close by. World Class mountain biking from the front door, Hike from the front door onto abutting Bureau of Land Management Land and close by hiking includes Red Mountian, Fisher creek, Sutey Ranch, Crown Mountain, Mt Sopris. Dirtbike from the front door to Basalt Mtn and Gypsum Trails. World class fishing on 3 gold medal Rivers 15 minutes from the house. Carbondale Gem

Beautiful property, well appointed, with everything we needed for our stay in the kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas. Host team was exceptionally responsive. Will stay again during any season.

Beautiful Place and Beautiful Location

We stay in both properties of Lynn and Erik's and the places work great for our party of 21. The new build is beautiful and the views from the deck are outstanding and the inside is to die for and the rooms are very comfortable. The other home is also beautiful and also has outstanding views. The kids loved the outside and the hot tub. We could sit on the decks for hours and enjoy each others company. Thank you Lynn and Erik for the use of these stunning places.
