Search Caravelas hotels

The best time to go to Caravelas is during the late spring (May to June) or early autumn (September to October) when the weather is pleasantly warm and the crowds are thinner.

During late spring, the days are long and sunny, great for exploring the natural beauty of the region without the peak summer heat. You'll find the local markets bustling with fresh produce, and the hiking trails are particularly inviting with the landscape in full bloom. This period is ideal for couples looking for a relaxed trip with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and romantic evenings.

Early autumn also offers agreeable temperatures and fewer tourists, making it an excellent time for those seeking a more tranquil experience. The vineyards are often busy with the grape harvest, offering a unique insight into local traditions.
