Hotel right on the beach
Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was adequate and clean. The restaurant on site called Mar e Terra is absolutely fantastic. The food was prepared immaculately and every meal I ordered was magnificent. The pool and pool bar are fantastic. The staff was excellent and I can't wait to go back.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e gentis. As acomodações são muito boas. Mas, o estacionamento fica localizado na calçada da rua ao lado do hotel. No domingo, foi servida uma feijoada que infelizmente terminou antes do previsto; era para ir até as 17 hrs. e encerrou as 14:30h. A paisagem da sacada é deslumbrante.

No geral, é um bom hotel. Boas toalhas, boa cama, limpeza ok, atendimento também. O café da manhã merecia mais opções de frutas. O suco de laranja, excessivamente adoçado, não foi possível beber. Foi muito bom ter água e café gratuitos na recepção. Restaurante razoável e caro. Recomendo apenas o combinado de sashimis e sushis (40 peças para duas pessoas).

O hotel é bom, quarto ok, vista perfeita, café da manhã SENSACIONAL! O restaurante é muito bom, apesar de um pouco caro, mas tudo em massaguaçu é caro. A praia em frente ao hotel é de tombo, dificil caminhar na areia e perigosa pra nadar, mas tem um calcadão bem amplo para caminhadas. Se quiser uma praia mais tranquila, sugiro a Mococa. Fiquei um pouco decepcionada com a limpeza ao redor da piscina. Passamos um dia inteiro desviando de restos de frutas derrubadas de um drink servido no dia anterior. Outra observação é quanto ao horário de limpeza das piscinas que deveria ocorrer fora do horário de uso dos hóspedes.

Infeliz Atendimento e Estrutura.
Muito inferior do que o esperado. O hotel se encontrava em obras, o que não fora informado anteriormente. Não possuem um serviço de portaria, dificultando a entrada ao hotel com as malas. As condições de limpeza estavam insatisfatórias, e o pior foi a cozinha do café da manhã realmente aquém do esperado.
