First of all the staff were always polite and extremely helpful. The front desk people booked an excursion to Amalfi and Positano by boat at our request with pick up at our marina. Asking them for help with any excursions is a smart move.
The breakfast was nicer than anticipated and the serving staff cheerful.
Housekeeping staff cleaned our outdoor floor and furniture (bird droppings) everyday.
Our view was spectacular and we listened to the surf day and night. This made our stay very enjoyable.
The hotel is right off the water and the main road is several hundred meters above. The free shuttle to and from the hotel was a nice touch. They also pick you up and drive you to the metro bus stop from the hotel entrance.
