"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Carus Cappadocia. The staff was very helpful, kind, caring and professional. Their new restaurant Di Rocco had very good service and wonderful, delicious food. The breakfast which was also served there was excellent as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank You."

"I stayed 2 days and to be honest, i have to stay it has to be one of the best hotels i ever stayed at. The staff (reception and breakfast) are superrr friendly, the room is super clean, the bathroom is AMAZING, like your very own turkish hamam. The bed is comfortable, and there is NO SMELL at all. The location is good, there is parking outside, and it is super clean. Everything was working perfectly (AC, amenities, kettle..). If I ever come back to cappadocia, i would definitely book this hotel again. Much appreciated. Kolay gelsin."

"The hotel was very nice and charming. The room was very comfortable with a big bathtub with water jets. Breakfast was very good. The little inconvenience was that the hotel was not close for the points of interest, which were reachable only by bus or car. We rented a car and we visited all the important sites and even other less frequented buy tourists. The staff was nice. Three days previous to our arrived we communicated with the staff to arranged a transfer by car from Kayseri airport to the hotel which was confirmed, but at our arrived we found a message that was sent while we were on the plain, saying to send a copy of our passports in order to book the car, in conclusion no car waited for us, and we ended taking a taxi paying $ 130 instead of 60 Euros proposed by the hotel. Other than this unpleasant inconvenient, our stay at Dream of Rocks was very pleasant."

"I would highly recommend The Millstone to anyone who is visiting Cappadocia. It is in a beautiful area farther from the horde of tourists, it is both quiet and peaceful and still completely right within everything you would want to see there, with the cave and pigeon valley surrounding you, from the moment we arrived to check out the staff were wonderful, clearly everyone who works there cares deeply about giving the best customer service possible, the way they treat you makes you feel like you are at the nicest 5star hotel, from the front desk to the restaurant, everyone went above and beyond to give excellent service. The room was so unique and more than the pictures showed or what we were expecting, with really special features we won’t see anywhere else. And waking up to the views and the balloons in the morning from our private terrace was just magical. I hope we can come back, if you are considering this place, book it!"
