It is located in a 24 hours security estate only 50 meter from Blouberg Beach, Cape Town. The estate featuring a large outdoor swimming pool, two tennis courts and two squash courts, a large braai area and a laundry room. The estate is beautifully landscaped with large lawns, flowers and big trees. You can enjoy the natural surroundings by surfing, kite surfing, hiking or cycling along the beach.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with queen bed, the other with two single beds) can host maximum four people.
It has a open plan kitchen and a lounge feature all new oven with top hot plates, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine and fridge, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, one dinner table and chairs.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, basin and wall-mounted toilet.
Towels and bed linen are provided in this accommodation.
The balcony offers stunning Table Mountain and sea views .
