Located in Cape Town’s City Centre is this gorgeous studio apartment,
comfortably accommodating up to two guests making this ideal for the
solo traveller or a pair of travellers.

The apartment boasts clean, neat and modern finishes throughout along
with wifi access and air conditioning. The kitchenette comes equipped
with the basic culinary necessities including a stove top, small
refrigerator, microwave and kettle along with cutlery and crockery.

A good night’s rest is assured with a queen size bed alongside a large
window showing off breathtaking mountain and city views. The wall
mounted flat screen TV is perfect for watching all your favourite shows
from the comfort of your bed. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet and
basin with vanity. All linen and towels are provided with your stay.

The apartment building has everything you will need during your stay,
you don’t even need to leave the vicinity. This includes a rooftop
swimming pool, restaurant, bar, concierge services, minimarket,
poolside bar, business area and a coffee shop. Otherwise venture out
and make the most of your surroundings with nearby attractions such as
the Robben Island, Cape Town Convention Centre, Mouille Point Beach ,
V&A Waterfront, the iconic Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch National
Botanical Gardens, World of Birds, Chapmans Peak, Cape Town
International Airport and so much more are all within a short distance
from the property.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at One Thibault, Hans Strijdom Ave, Cape Town City Centre, Cape Town, 8000.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
