The apartment is centrally located with the CTICC a 5 minute walk away and the V&A Waterfront a 5 minute drive away or 10 minute walk. The apartment has aircon, a pool in the complex as well as a gym. There is a Food Lovers located on the ground floor as well as a parking bay. Located in the business district the apartment is perfect for business travels.
