The apartment is housed within an apartment block, eight storeys high. There are two lifts at the two entrances. The main entrance is security manned and the second is monitored via CCTV. This is twenty four hours. The apartment itself has a fully fitted kitchen. The shower, toilet and wash basin makes up the bathroom and the bedroom is ajoining this. The bedroom comprises two three quarter beds just wider than a single bed and placed together would make a queen size. There is a fan and a huge mirror (for possible hair drying)
From the kitchen door there is a small balcony that overlooks Greenmarket Square where traders, who sell many varied souvenirs and there is a lovely view of the mountain.



The apartment is situated within a well-maintained residential block that stands eight storeys high. The building is equipped with two lifts, conveniently located at both the main and secondary entrances for ease of access. For your safety and peace of mind, the main entrance is manned by security personnel around the clock, while the secondary entrance is continuously monitored via CCTV surveillance 24 hours a day.

Inside, the apartment features a fully fitted kitchen equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The bathroom includes a modern shower, a toilet, and a wash basin, offering all the basic amenities you need. Just off the bathroom is the bedroom, which is directly adjoining.
