Um lugar muito especial na região de Fanschhoek. Fomos atendidos maravilhosamente bem pelos proprietários, que foram muito simpáticos, agendaram wine tasting e também deram dicas para o jantar próximo à propriedade. Outstanding. Picturesque surroundings. Super comfy bed, perfect breakfast. Warm pool. Honest Bar had everything, chilled evening and lovely atmosphere all round. Will most definately return.

Nice, but not worth the price

We stayed one night, in high season. The room was small, but fine. The bathroom was tiny; it was so small, we had to turn sideways to pass between the shower and the vanity (and we're skinny!). The manager was outstanding, and very customer-focused. The breakfast was fine. It was very nice to sit by a small stream while we ate breakfast. My biggest issue is value. I just didn't see any reason why the price was so high (around R 3200 per night). To me, given the location, and the setting, the price was at least 50% higher than it should be.

Well located, close to the centre of Franschhoek and a number of the key wine farms and places of interest the accommodation was comfortable and the views across the vines to the mountains spectacular. A great base for exploring the region. We could not have been made more welcome. Danika, in particular, put herself out to be of assistance. Breakfast was great.

Fabulous little hotel

Fantastic little hotel, the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful if they tried. A little way out of the centre of Franschoek, about 10 kms but well worth the journey in for dinner each night.

Leuke lodge bij Franschhoek

Vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht. Zwembad, honesty bar, ontbijt top. Alleen het bed was te stevig naar mijn voorkeur en je hoort de doorgaande weg best wel.

Gorgeous location and fantastic advice

This is a terrific bed and breakfast with a welcoming feeling and the proprietor goes out of his way to create a friendly and relaxed setting. The grounds are impeccable, but what really makes it special is the advice from the owner. Everything we asked about we got spot on recommendations. It's a few miles from the town center, We were given help making a reservation and a car service so we could enjoy wine safely. If you want views of the vineyards, this is ideal. I would definitely come again.

A wonderful oasis in a beautiful location.

We couldnot have asked for a better place to stay, the rooms were just wonderful and the staff wdere amazing and not only looked after us so well but gave us excellent recommendations for dinner. Thank you Greg for providing a bit of pure luxury in a fantastic location.

Love the place have stayed twice. Bathrooms tired and outdated but being upgraded this year. Look forward to our next year hopefully.
