Entire three bedroom home with pool in Strand, Cape Town, South Africa

  • Bring the whole family to this great home with lots of room for fun. Three bedroom family home with swimming pool less than a five minute drive from Strand Beach.

    The property has recently undergone a full refurbishment and upgrade in October 2024.

    The house has several seating areas, breakout spaces including a lovely BBQ and patio area.

    Kitchen is fully stocked and feels like a home away from home. There is also Netflix, DSTV and Wi-Fi included at the property.

    45mins - Cape Town

    Our guests have exclusive access to the whole downstairs property including swimming pool, garden and all patios. There is three bedrooms, two lounges, two bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, outside patio/BBQ area and swimming pool.

    The property also comes with a travel cot and high chair on request.

    Guests have parking access to one garage space and a second parking space under the car port/awning.

    The property is also covered by the Vetus Schola security system and includes 24 hours call out service in case of any emergencies.

    UPS wifi installed at the property giving our guests 24/7 wifi throughout load-shedding.

    Gas stove installed as well to help with cooking when there is load-shedding.

    The upstairs granny flat is only accessible from a separate entrance from the driveway and is rented to a quiet long term tenant that does not have any access to the main house, garden or swimming pool, however uses one parking space in the garage.

    We’re always on standby to help with any requests.

Stunning yet practical holiday home near the beach

We had a wonderful stay with our 4 year old and 1 year old. This holiday home is a lovely space to be in and has all the practicalities you want as a family abroad. The pool is lovely, lots of space to spend time. Great location to enjoy the beach and explore Cape Town and the surrounding area. Great communication with our host. We will be returning.

We had a wonderful time in South Africa. The house is located in a very quiet area and we had no problems with the neighbors. We didn't hear a sound from the tenant in the apartment above us for the entire three weeks. A big thank you goes to our neighbor Christine, who was responsible for our well-being and the garden. She was always there to answer any questions we had. Thanks also to Regina, who was responsible for keeping the house clean. We had a good rapport with Chris via email, so a big thank you to him too.The house, or rather the ground floor apartment, is getting on a bit and has developed a patina in some places. The floors have been redone, but further renovations are certainly planned. However, it is very comfortable and everything works perfectly (as long as you don't forget to order electricity ;-) ). The pool would be inviting for swimming if the water weren't so cold, but it will certainly be a highlight during the summer. For us as a couple, the house was the right choice.PS: To any future tenants, please take care of the items provided. Once again, we had to buy three pans because the existing ones were completely scratched and unusable. So remember, you are only there as tenants. Thank you very much.
