The property extends over 800 sq m under roof situated on a 1 423 sq m corner plot within easy walking distance 200m to the beach. For the entertainers, there is a fitted Redwood pub area, covered braai patio overlooking a large 7 x10 m swimming pool with wooden deck and thatched lapa.
