A super guest house!
Really nice guest house, a kitchen, a patio, a couch, a super comfortable bed, well decorated, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, stylish house. Only drawback is that it’s a bit of a walk in to town, but I like a quiet neighborhood and a good walk. Really enjoyed my stay, and a lovely host too.

Excellentes Guest House
Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll, geräumig und sauber. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, über das normale Mass hinaus. Wir konnten leider nicht pünktlich einchecken und wurden trotzdem herzlich empfangen und noch mit wertvollen Tipps für die Restaurantwahl versorgt.

Great stay for a week in summer!
I stayed in the top level studio room for about a week in the summer, which was much better than expected. Clean, big, and easy to relax and work in. The guest house was a short 10 minute walk to the grocery store and another short 20ish minute walk into town for dinner. The room was always cleaned perfectly every day and the inexpensive laundry services were great. The wifi wasn't consistently fast or robust, but I think this is normal around South Africa. I would certainly stay here again.

I'll be back
I stayed at Absolute Bosch for 11 nights at the beginning of May 2016. I stayed alone in the Deluxe Studio room (upper level), which conveniently has a desk to work at, and is very spacious. The host was very friendly and helpful, without being too "in your business" like some hosts can be. I had access to a microwave oven and refrigerator in the breakfast area (not in my room) which made it easy to heat up small meals for supper. Breakfast was continental, with toast, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, and boiled eggs - perfect for an ovo-lacto vegetarian like me. They can do your laundry for you if required, for a reasonable fee. The room was cleaned every day, and I never had a problem with the level of cleanliness. Absolute Bosch is located within walking distance (500 metres) of a shopping complex with a grocery store, pharmacy, and fast food restaurants - also close to the Mediclinic if you need it. The area feels very safe to walk/run in if you enjoy that. Something to note is that the television channels are limited (i.e. no sports channels) which may be important to some people, but didn't bother me in the slightest. A very comfortable stay, and I will be returning in a few weeks for another course in Stellenbosch.
