- Jaw dropping ocean views from 4 of the 5 bedrooms, no two sunsets are ever the same, entire kitchen and dining room renovated, 6 burner and griddle gas cook stove, massive island for family gathering, 4 bedrooms with full ensuite baths, fun zone designed just for the kids with 3 trundle beds that have 3 extra pull out twin beds, library with seating area on the 2nd floor overlooking the expansive windows looking out to the ocean and the living room below, private 16 acres-4500 sq.ft home with loads of parking, gas fireplace with 80" smart TV above in the living room, open office with games/puzzle table, BBQ on side deck, patio furniture on main deck facing the ocean. Beautiful Mavillette Beach is minutes away with the best walks at low tides. Port Maitland Beach also provides incredible low tide walks with just a 15 minute drive away. Tim Horton's, groceries, Sips Cafe, fresh lobster retail, bank, post office, hardware store in nearby Meteghan. Memories waiting to be made.
