The room wasn't clean, the towels were stained. One light bulb in the bathroom worked. Balcony was dirty with garbage left there from previous rental. Crumbs left on side table. Staff was amazing tho! Hotel bar and tiki bar was a big plus for our stay. Extremely continent and walkable to everything.

Minimal parking and over flow parking is like two blocks away. Bed comfy. Recently renovated bathroom nice. No chairs, tables or bedside lighting in room. Very minimalistic place to stay but price was reasonable and location good. Located directly across the convention center and end of the boardwalk and restaurants within waking distance

This location is right across from the convention center. Easy access to the boardwalk and beach. Ask about parking before paying for street parking. Tiki bar was open to the public so easy to mingle with others.

This hotel is within walking distance to the Boardwalk, directly across the street from the Ocean and close to dining areas . The Oceanic has a swim up TikiBar pool side and a bar below. The staff was helpful and polite . Very limited parking outside the hotel with another parking down the street, first come first serve and only allows 1 car with registration, making it challenging to find inexpensive overnight parking nearby. However, We would stay here again.

The motel is in a great location, walkable to all of the best restaurants and right across the street from the boardwalk and beach. The motel itself is dated and the room was dingy. The bathroom was newly renovated, however. The carpets are dirty and the amenities are poorly maintained. I spoke to a guest who has been coming here for years. It seems like there is new ownership that does not put as much care into the property as previous ownership.

Bed was comfortable but pillows were too hard. No towels for pool and only parking available was a block and half from hotel on a grass parking lot. Hotel rooms need updating. Very noisy at night and was very difficult getting in hot tub. Always full. Tiki bar at pool was nice and drinks were not that strong but good and reasonably priced.
