Villa with heated pool, fantastic view, great location and direct sea access!

Welcome to «Villa Agua Blue», your vacation can begin.

We have completely renovated the kitchen and equipped it with everything that is expected. Top devices, incl. Ice maker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, etc. Everything you need in a modern kitchen!

The house is located in Cape Coral, South East, Florida. Located directly on the open, very wide canal and has its own boat place. The villa is located on a waterway with connection to the Gulf of Mexico. You can rent the boat just around the corner, you don't need a boat test!

The house has its own large, heated pool with a screen cage in the patio area that can be opened so that the fantastic view is not obscured. The BBQ shouldn't be missing either, there's a big grill for that! We deliberately do not have a cage around the pool, it just takes away the fantastic view of the water and the area and makes everything dark. This is very much appreciated by our guests. A small but important detail, especially for Europeans: We have a NESPRESSO machine.

Very well maintained, ideal for 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed and 2 single beds, plus 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with tub incl. shower). Throughout the house there is free WIFI access and digital cable television, as well as a telephone connection for national calls. In the garage there are also 4 bicycles (2 for adults, 2 for kids) which can of course be used! We also have 2 kayaks that can be used. You can also play with the table tennis table!

The house is prepared for every guest, enough hand and bath towels are provided. A washing machine and tumbler are also available.

You will be met by a German and English speaking Property Manager, who will show you everything and instruct you. The only thing you have to do is to enjoy your vacation. We rent the house for a fair price, for which you can't even get a simple hotel room! The rental price includes US$ 25 per week for electricity. The extra consumption will be charged with 0.14US$/kWh at the end of the stay.

The location:
20 minutes to 'Ft. Myers International Airport '. 5 minutes to Cape Coral Beach or 20 minutes to Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island.

Many shopping opportunities, restaurants etc nearby! The nearest golf course is just around the corner.

Wonderful Vacation

The place was perfect, very clean, had everything we needed. The pool and patio was very nice and relaxing! Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the canal and property. Weather was perfect and there was alot do in the area. Some really great restauraunts. It was a wonderful vacation! communication with host.

This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Your view in the backyard of boats traveling down the canal and swimming in the heated pool is so relaxing.

Very nice place

The house was comfortable. Lots of amenities: bikes, canoes, floats, beach towels, soap, etc. The dock had great fishing right off it. We took a 4 hour boat ride and the captain of the boat could pick us up, without additional charge. The pool was oversized, the screened patio was a wonderful place to sit, eat, and enjoy the view, and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

In town for Baseball tournament

perfect house for Fort Myers Tournaments!!!! within 20 minutes to all baseball venues for Perfect Game locations. wonderful to have laundry and Kitchen to cook in! Great pool for after a long day of baseball. Kids can fish on dock and close to great South Cape with lotsa restaurants and local eateries! wonderful stay.

Older home but pool was great and had a good mattress on the king bed. Our only negative was the sofa. It needs to be replaced.

We loved it 💯!!

The property is located in a calm neighborhood with direct access to a canal that leads to the gulf. We really loved everything about the house and its beautiful garden. Whether it was the great view during breakfast or just enjoying ourselves at the pool. Sylvia was also always available if anything was needed. We’re really leaving with a heavy heart, and will definitely come back!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood centrally-located!

The house was perfect for my husband and I along with our daughter and friend. Plenty of room and outdoor living space. Pool was wonderful and watching the boats in the canal was very relaxing. Sunsets were spectacular. Home was equipped with everything including an outdoor grill, blender, nespresso machine. Farmers market was a couple of blocks away and Sanibel Island only an hour away!

Ritten spring break

We were pleased with the house as a whole. Overall cleanliness was good - house is older so for what it is, it was good. Location was nice - felt comfortable and safe at all times. A bit far from places we visited and traffic was pretty heavy at all times but wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Needed to have a plumber visit the house and the property manager was very responsive to getting things back on track. We were sad to have to go!

Ideal & Cozy

The only disappointment was the bicycles ...we so hoped the ones available would work out for us - unfortunately new tubes and chains are needed ;) and any other time would be fine - but no one in the area had bikes to rent at the time and we truly wanted to take advantage of the location ...perfectly located for food, music/entertainment, shopping - and access to Ft Myers and Sanibel were quick drives ...I recommend you enjoy that pool and the view - sooo nice and relaxing ...if a finer dining experience is needed - def try Sip & Dine (casual attire with finer menu selections - so good!) while there AND the Dive Bar was perfect for evening the weekday evening for a vacay vibe hangout ...thank you Pedro for a fab home and thank you Sylvia for always being quick to reply during our stay! We WILL be back!

The back yard is outstanding

We loved the pool, large fenced yard, and canal. The house is older, but mostly well maintained. Bedroom set up works better for couple and children than for two couples. Negatives were deferred maintenance in several areas: electrical outlets missing or didn't work, rusted out table and chairs on dock an wires hanging out on dock light, half toaster not working, washing machine made loud squeak ing sound. Some items that are commonly provided, such as dishwasher soap, were missing. We bought that plus all paper goods and shampoo. Plates, glasses and kitchen items were plentiful. Most info on VRBO site about the place, including instructions for check in, were in a language we couldn't read. This included the book at the house.
