Not in good shape at all. Wouldn’t stay there again

No live tv for 3 days. Took that long to get someone to reach out to me. Could t put clothes in master bedroom. Full of stuff and closet door fell apart. Stay away. Not good property management

Nice place

We had a great time. There was dog hair all over the floor, so we vacuumed that up, cause there was no broom. The pool was nice and warm. The hot tub had a very dirty filter in it, so it had floaties all over in it. The pool man did say the filter needed replacing, but did not do it. Our biggest disappointment was the washing machine did not work. I washed one load and it spewed rust out all over when it was trying to spin. I called right away the first day of our stay and it never did get fixed during our entire stay. Overall the house is nice and had what we needed to have fun.

Villa Tropical Paradise

Lovely tropical themed home with comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed the private back yard and lanai with pool and hot tub. The rental home allows dogs and we had our pup bathed and groomed prior to arrival. But, the home had pet odors upon our arrival and is in need of a deep cleaning. However, I would stay here again.

Disappointment

Not a good destination as far as renting a home with a pool and wanting to get some sun. Palm trees shaded 2/3 of the pool and patio and also no lounge chairs. I asked the property manager if we could get two inexpensive lounge chairs. He needed to contact the owners for permission, and the owners did not approve. The home sleeps six and there were no lounge chairs that would lay flat. Only two reclining chairs so we had to lay on the ground if we wanted to relax and read a book and lay on our stomach. There was no access to the garage so our automobile had to be parked outside. We were given 24 hours to report any issues with the property. The gas grill was left on and the propane tank and also the spare propane tank were empty. There were tiny red ants around the entire perimeter of the pool and it took three days to get an exterminator to come out. The clothes dryer vent must be completely clogged because it took three cycles to dry a regular load of laundry. The beds in the two extra bedrooms were very creaky and made a lot of noise and were also very uncomfortable. Foliage surrounds the entire property, therefore, the entire house seemed very dark and not enough lighting. The master bathroom sink hardware was rusted and did not hold water. Also clogged and filled up with water when you used it. The bathroom drawers were grimy and had hair in them. The third bedroom had no chest of drawers and no nightstands, therefore, no lamp. Major lack of kitchen supplies and tableware. Last, but not least, when you book and pay for a two week vacation you actually get 11 days and 12 nights, giving them three days to clean.

Great stay

Great property in a fantastic location. Kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, pans etc. Very clean, comfortable beds - would definitely stay here again.

Overpriced, dirty, unresponsive property manager

The outside pool was the only redeeming factor for this house. It was very unclean - dog hair on floor, crumbs on couch, empty water bottle by nightstand, clogged bathroom sink, MOLD on air vent in master bedroom. Plus, the door key pad is very cheap and didn't always work (a key was not provided, so we relied on the key pad only). We have stayed at other rental properties in the area that are much better and not as expensive. The owners need to engage a new property manager quickly. We never received our check-in courtesy call which was promised, and after multiple emails we only heard from her on day 5 of our 7 day stay. (We tried calling, but could never leave voicemails because her voicemail box was full). Overall, a disappointment for the amount of money paid, and we would not recommend staying here.
